Your pets visit
Dog Welfare
During their visit each dog will get a minimum of 4 off lead outdoor exercise sessions in our enclosed play areas each day, as well as indoor stimulation to include doggy radio, cuddle sessions, stuffed Kong's, natural chewing enrichment such as antlers and Yakers, brushes, massages, and more!
We do recommend that you bring favourite blankets/beds or toys with your home scent on, it can be daunting for a dog if they have never been away from you for a period of time, any home scents can provide extra comfort, we also recommend trying an overnight booking or weekend prior to your holiday or longer stay to allow your dog to experience a visit and meet the team. But not to worry if not, we treat each guest as our own and we have a high staff to dog ratio to ensure your dogs day is exciting and fun with lots of love!

If your dog is able to socialise they will also have access to group play sessions if desired. You can even add on extra walks in the beautiful Portland park, or if wanting extra security they can have day trips to our additional local enclosed woodlands and fields!

Requirements
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, proof must be uploaded to the pets profile when you register (if you are unable to do this the original must be brought on drop off or the booking will be unable to proceed).This can be a vaccination card, pet passport, valid titre test, or email from a registered veterinarian; this also includes the kennel cough vaccination, please note as this is a live vaccine this must be issued at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets that are not vaccinated or with an in date titre test. All dogs must also be up to date with flea and worm prevention and showing no signs of current illness. Please note if a dog arrives showing signs of illness or disease we will be unable to proceed with the booking.
Feeding
We cater for almost all diets from puppy, sensitive through to senior and have a range of stocked fridge's and freezers for wet and raw diets. Please feel free to send your own food and treats if preferred. We will keep your dogs feeding routines the same and cater to any special dietary requirements, simply let us know their needs and routines and we will handle the rest.
